Request for Student Performance or Participation
Booking Policy for Musical Theatre, Dance or Instrumental Music Performance
Thank you for your interest in having CoSA’s talented students perform at your event. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to the following parameters:
· Student participation is voluntary.
· CoSA is generally not able to participate in events that are on school holidays, summer vacation or weekends. We may be able to direct you to students who perform individually or in groups on their own, and you can negotiate directly with them.
· Request must be made at least two weeks in advance of event.
· Events at noon lunch or after 2:30 pm are more likely to be accommodated due to students’ school schedules.

CoSA Digital Arts/Visual Arts Students “Participation” Policy
Thank you for your interest in having CoSA’s talented Digital Arts/Visual Arts students work on your project. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to the following parameters:
· Student participation is voluntary.
· CoSA students are generally not able to participate in projects that are on school holidays, summer vacation or weekends. We may be able to direct you to students who work individually or in groups on their own, and you can negotiate directly with them.
· Request must be made at least three weeks in advance of deadline.

In lieu of consulting fees, donations to Coronado Arts Education Foundation are greatly appreciated.
Your request will be submitted to the appropriate CoSA faculty, and we will do our best to respond to you within one week of your request. If you have questions or would like additional information, please email nancy.mcrae@coronadousd.net or call CoSA at (619) 522-4050, ext 2.
